CoreInterval – Interval Timer
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CoreInterval – Interval Timer (“the App”) provided by Step Interactive, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “developer”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
- Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Step Interactive, LLC.
2. App Status and Availability
The App is currently provided at no cost and operates fully offline.
We reserve the right to modify features, restrict functionality, introduce new offerings, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice or liability.
We do not guarantee that any specific features or access levels will remain available.
3. Supporter Purchase
The App includes an optional supporter purchase that unlocks a supporter badge.
The supporter purchase is voluntary and is not required to access core app functionality.
All payments are processed exclusively through the app store platform. Step Interactive, LLC does not receive or store billing or financial information. Supporter status is linked to your Apple ID / Google Play account on that platform.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy.
4. Future Pricing and Supporter Protection
Step Interactive, LLC reserves the right, at any time, to introduce:
- A flat purchase price
- Subscriptions
- Paid feature tiers
- Paid versions of the App
If the App transitions from free to paid, users who previously completed a supporter purchase will retain free access to the App.
This supporter benefit applies only to the primary app experience and does not obligate Step Interactive, LLC to provide future premium services, external products, or unrelated applications at no cost.
We do not guarantee that free access will remain available for users who have not made a supporter purchase.
Continued use of the App after pricing or access changes constitutes acceptance of the updated offering.
5. No Data Collection
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data and does not require user accounts.
Any app preferences are stored locally on your device only.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Step Interactive, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to the App or its content.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Step Interactive, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
9. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App, or any portion of it, at any time, without notice or liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
